Profes Management Consultants Pvt Ltd (PMCPL) is our investment management entity to our Profes Multi opportunity fund Series-1.

The Investment Manager will select investment opportunities and make investment decisions on behalf of the Fund, including the makeup of the Fund’s portfolio. The Investment Manager shall enter into an Investment Management Agreement with the Trustee in terms of which it will manage the affairs of the Trust and the Fund in accordance with the powers delegated by the Trustee and in accordance with the Applicable Laws. The Investment Manager will be responsible for the investment program of the Fund. For further details about the disciplinary history of the Trustee and its directors, please see Section XIV: Disciplinary History” of this Memorandum. All the members of the key investment team are employees or partners or directors of the manager.

Profes Business Solutions LLP, a limited liability partnership incorporated under the provisions of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, having its registered office at AE-10, 3rd Floor, Tagore Garden, New Delhi-110027 will act as a Sponsor to the Trust and Scheme.

Profes Multi Opportunity Fund – Series I, a SEBI-registered Category II Alternative Investment Fund (AIF), is focused on delivering superior risk-adjusted returns by deploying capital through sector-specific investment strategies.
PMO FUND- I aims to generate Alpha through diversification in the growth potential sectors. We aim to deploy the funds primarily in unlisted space with diverse spectrum. Our Target portfolios will include outperformers with growth potential from Chemical, Sports, IT &ITES, Travel, Media & Events, Fashion , Food Processing & Packaging and other growth potential avenues.

RAVI SETHI
Ravi Sethi is a distinguished Investment Manager and Chartered Accountant, known for his strategic acumen and sharp financial insight. With over 18 years of experience in financial consultancy, investment strategy, and portfolio management, Ravi has earned a reputation as a trusted advisor to corporates, high-net-worth individuals, and institutional investors. His work blends deep technical expertise with a forward-thinking approach, enabling clients to achieve sustainable financial growth in a constantly evolving economic environment.
Ravi’s professional journey began with his Chartered Accountancy from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in 2010. As a Partner at SethiSethi & Associates, Chartered Accountants from 2016 to 2024, he provided comprehensive financial consultancy, tax planning, and bespoke portfolio advisory services. His strategic insights have helped clients not only streamline their financial operations but also unlock new opportunities for long-term capital growth.
In 2023, he assumed the role of Director at Profes Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd., where he currently oversees financial and investment advisory services. Simultaneously, as a Partner at Profes Business Solutions LLP, Ravi continues to lead initiatives in portfolio management and investment strategy development. His dual leadership roles allow him to influence a broad spectrum of financial decision-making—ranging from corporate restructuring to high-yield investment planning.
Ravi’s academic credentials are equally impressive and reflect his commitment to continuous learning. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University (2005) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Finance) from Symbiosis, Pune (2008). In addition to qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (ICAI, 2010), he has obtained specialized certifications that deepen his expertise in digital finance, forensic analysis, and regulatory systems. These include a Diploma in Information System Audit (ICAI, 2014), a Certification in Forensic Audit & Fraud Detection (FAFD) (ICAI, 2019), and a Course on Fintech from IIM Nagpur (2022).

In this capacity, he ensures that the organization consistently adheres to the provisions of applicable laws, rules, and directives issued by regulatory authorities. As per his designation, he is entrusted with the critical responsibility of independently monitoring legal compliance and promptly reporting any deviations to the Board within a defined timeframe, upholding transparency and corporate integrity.
Academically, Ujjwal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Honours) from Delhi College of Arts & Commerce, University of Delhi (2005), and a degree in Law, which further strengthens his legal proficiency and deepens his grasp of corporate legislation. Since 2017, Sunaina has served as Director at Profes Group Companies, where she plays a critical leadership role in overseeing the group’s financial operations, budgeting processes, strategic financial planning, and risk management functions. Under her stewardship, the company has experienced enhanced operational transparency and financial efficiency.
In addition to her role at Profes, she has been an Associate Partner (Distribution Code) with Nuvama Wealth and Investment Limited for the past five years. In this capacity, she manages a distribution network of financial products, offering tailored investment solutions and advisory services to a diverse client base. SANDIP SINGH MANN
Sandeep Singh Mann is a seasoned financial expert and senior Chartered Accountant with a distinguished career spanning over two decades in the domains of statutory audits, taxation advisory, and corporate financial restructuring. With a dual qualification as a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, he brings a rare blend of deep financial insight and regulatory acumen to his practice.
Sandeep began his academic journey with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Honours) from Delhi University in 1994, followed by his qualification as a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 1998. Demonstrating a continued commitment to professional excellence and compliance, he also earned the Company Secretary qualification from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India in 2002
He commenced his professional career as a Partner at Raj & Co., Chartered Accountants from 1998 to 2009, where he was primarily engaged in conducting statutory audits under the Income Tax Act, 1961. His work focused on audits related to trusts, societies, and associations of persons, laying a strong foundation for his future in financial compliance and advisory.
Since 2009, Sandeep has been serving as Senior Partner at GRAS & Associates, Chartered Accountants, where he leads a wide spectrum of high-impact financial and advisory services. His portfolio includes Statutory Audits and Concurrent Audits for Public Sector Banks and Financial Institutions, as well as advisory services related to indirect taxation, RBI compliance, and corporate restructuring. He plays a pivotal role in guiding clients through complex financial regulations, ensuring seamless filing of financial returns, and facilitating successful mergers, acquisitions, and amalgamations.
